Bihar Power Holding Company Recruitment 2018

MODE OF SELECTION : –A. Only one CBT will be conducted for recruitment on the above mentioned posts which may be in more than one batches. The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks calculated on Equi-Percentile Equating Methodology obtained by the candidates in CBT (Computer Based test). The allotment of different post mentioned in column number -1 to the selected candidates will be in order of merit cum preference basis. At the time of filling up online application form candidates will have to choose their preference of post for selection. As per the merit and availability of post their preference will be considered. If the candidate’s preference is not available in his order of merit the post will be allotted in order of available vacancy in the serial order of the post mentioned in column number -1.

B. A combined merit list will be prepared for all the four posts and short listed candidates will be called for documents/ certificate verification as per advertised post and norms decided for different category

C. A Mock/Demo Computer Based Test with few questions only will be available on company website – www.bsphcl.bih.nic.in for candidates for practice and for getting familiar before the test

D. If the exam is conducted in a SINGLE BATCH the Minimum Qualifying Marks in the CBT will be 40% for UR, 36.5% for BC, 34% for EBC & 32% for SC/ST/ Female candidates. If CBT is conducted in MULTIPLE BATCHES the answer sheet will be evaluated using Equi-Percentile Equating Methodology, in this regard the above qualifying marks will not be essential.

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE :- A. The applicants are to apply through “ON LINE” on the Website of www.bsphcl.bih.nic.in . The Website will open from 18-09-2018.

B. After filling up the ON-LINE application; Candidates must take a print out of the Registration Form for future reference and downloading of Admit Cards etc.
